Colombia’s National Theater is presenting A Doctor in Spite of Himself, a play by Molière about the mistreatment of women.

The first anniversary of the death of Chilean painter, writer, and performance artist Pedro Lemebel was marked by a new exhibit of his work in Santiago’s Museo de la Memoria (Museum of Memory).

In order to celebrate the historic and architectural importance of Panama City’s iconic neighborhood of San Felipe, The Latin Group Panama and the Foundation for the Preservation of the Heritage of the Old City put on an event that featured dance and music, as well as dialogues with such historians as Álvaro Menéndez Franco.

The Cultural Center Bank of Brazil is putting on an exhibit featuring 100 works drawn from a key avant-garde movement whose most recognizable exponent was Piet Mondrian.
