European Union foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini has announced she will visit Cuba because the EU wanted to build on the momentum of the “interesting” things happening there to  “take the relationship forward.” 

Pope Francis spoke of his earlier comment, and of the 43 missing “normalistas” in the state of Guerrero. 

The Spanish Prime Minister, Mariano Rajoy, said the abolition of visas for Colombians and Peruvians visiting Europe is “already decided.”
